Special Delivery in the UK & abroad: postage & packaging charge is £10 for each item.
Refunds & Exchanges: Items purchased may be returned for either a full refund or an exchange if you notify us in writing within 7 working days (14 days for overseas customers) of the date you received your goods or email sales@emmajaneknight.com. The item(s) must then be returned within 14 days of invoice date (UK customers); 21 days (Europe excluding UK); 28 days (Rest of the World).
Please be aware that we are not responsible for return postage or for returned items that have failed to reach us. We strongly suggest using special delivery. All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition.
